ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES

A- General Rules:

  • Papers will be accepted as oral or poster presentations.

  • Deadline for submission of papers is 7 February 2020.

  • All abstracts will be published in full text format in the proceedings. A “summary“ will be sent to the scientific committee for evaluation in English.

  • Accepted papers will be able to make their presentations in Turkish.

  • Papers can be sent using the online notification system.

  • The papers will be evaluated digitally by the referees, regardless of the name and institution of the abstract.

  • Accepted papers will be published via congress website in pdf format and in the Turkish Journal of Histology and Embryology "Cell & Tissue Biology Research".

B- Authors and Registration:

  • The author, who will make a presentation, must register the congress after the acceptance of the paper.

 

C- Rules of Content

  • Academic titles should not be used in author names.

  • Summary; objectives, methods, findings, results and keywords should be written using headings.

  • The abstract should not exceed 400 words excluding title, author's name and surname.

  • Names should be written in lower case with only the first letter capitalized.

  • The names and addresses of the institutions that the authors work for must be indicated.

  • Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are exceptions.)

  • If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation should be indicated in parentheses.

  • The purpose of the study and the methods used should be briefly summarized, the findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical details and the results should be explained within the framework of the presented findings.

  • 3 tables and figures can be added. Added figures must be in high resolution.

  • The papers accepted as oral presentations will be given the opportunity to present in the congress scientific program.

  • The papers accepted as poster presentations will be exhibited at the congress.
